Sometimes the best contribution is a new perspective. Sometimes it is getting involved and making things happen. Sometimes it is both.

I work alongside leaders and teams to explore challenges, develop ideas and move things forward.

This can mean facilitating a workshop, helping shape a strategy, exploring a new idea or getting involved in the practical work needed to make it happen.

The role depends on the challenge. The goal is always to help create meaningful progress.

Exploring

I am curious about ideas that sit between disciplines.

I read, study, test ideas and talk to people who know things I do not. I bring what I learn into my work with organisations and leaders, looking for new ways to understand challenges and create opportunities.

Sometimes this leads to a new project or collaboration. Sometimes it changes the way I look at something I thought I already understood.

I do not think every idea needs an immediate purpose.

Some are simply worth exploring.
